SOPHIE dropped some new tracks in a livestream from last week:
Hannibal Buress dropped a new comedy set, he’s always fun to watch:
The new Jessy Lanza album is out at the end of the month, and I’m really looking forward to it. Here’s the video for the new single:
So this is fucking wild; this YouTube channel is a guy interviewing folk in VR chat about the craziest stuff. Here’s an interview with a former member of the US airforce talking about how he dropped bombs on people in Afghanistan…. via his penguin avatar:
Anthony Fantano, the annoying bald dude that reviews all that music, has a good and revealing interview with Kristen Hayer (LINGUA IGNOTA):
The NPR series of Tiny Desk concerts are always fun and I like it when bands and artists take the chance to rework their music to suit the format, like Sudan Archives here who’s performing all string based versions of her songs:

These Insider video series where they get experts to review movie scenes for accuracy can get a little annoying, because at some point you’re like “yeah, it’s a movie, it’s not real”, but having a Japanese sword master review famous sword fighting scenes is pretty enlightening:
James Blake is doing a series of typically understated covers on YouTube; here’s his cover of Nirvana’s “Come As You Are”:

I’m a massive fan of the Batman Animated show from the early 90’s and this new documentary is maybe the most comprehensive one I’ve seen, especially when it comes to the actual green lighting of the show and what the animation landscape was like at the time:
